You should request a Meet & Greet if you would like a trusted and experienced driver to meet you at the airport at your destination and take you to your hotel or first engagement. Meet & Greet is required for ICARS travellers visiting medium and high risk destinations.

To request a Meet & Greet, please fill out the form on the left. After submitting this form you will receive a confirmation email. Guardian will then begin organising a Meet & Greet for your upcoming travel. If possible, please request a Meet & Greet at least three business days prior to your trip. However, Guardian can in most cases arrange a Meet & Greet in shorter time frames.
